Interview
Initial contact was from HR at Arrow (parent company) who found me through LinkedIn profile. Phone screening went well and I was recommended to local managers.
Interviewed with hiring manager and SVP at local office followed by phone interview from HR at Intechra home office (MS).
Interview was primarily focused on helping me learn their business which was very helpful as this is a new position.
Phone interview with HR covered more specifics of the job in terms of pay, benefits, advancement, etc.
Seemed to be a fast decision process.
