Interview
Terrible. They use an AI to do the first interviews from a company called Hyring and it was a dehumanizing experience. There was zero flow to the interview (the AI is not as advanced as ChatGPT) and I was cut off in the middle of my answer because the timer was already at exactly 15 minutes. I do not recommend unless for the novelty of the experience of interviewing with an AI bot. Whoever decided this was the best way for them to save a few dollars should be fired.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insycle in Nov 2025
Interview
Interview process was quick and going well until I was in the final round and they canceled the interview 30 mins before it was scheduled saying they basically change their mind after I prepped the entire weekend. Incredibly disrespectful and a huge waste of time especially for someone who was doing good in the process. I was completely blindsighted.
