3 step process, initially with a manager of the UK office. Following this, an interview with the SVP/Head of Department (over the phone as based in Montreal). Finally an onsite interview with a team leader and manager of the UK office including a short exam.

Microsoft Teams (audio only) interview with the hiring manager. He was nice but was looking for a completely different skillset than what was on my resume - therefore seemed unprepared and disorganized. Overall a waste of time.
