I applied to a LinkedIn posting for a Sourcer/Recruiter position. I was contacted about my application and resume, and went through two rounds of interviews before being offered the role.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Insurance Overload Staffing (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2019
Interview
Two phone interviews and one in person . It was extremely simple and didn’t take longer than 30 min each time. The recruiter was extremely friendly and personable, so was the manager.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Insurance Overload Staffing (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Pretty straight forward, they review your employment history and they take the time to confirm that you are indeed a reliable employee. They will have you complete a couple of online assessments, after which if you pass that part and everything else holds up they will call you back for a second interview.
