Insulet Corporation (NY) interview questions

Application through Workday, email and text message to scheudle interview. They said it is 3 interview process that lasts aproximately 5 weeks (the long time is due to background check process). I didn't accept the conditions and I didn't continue through the whole process. The job description and responsibilities are all for "Senior" position but they call it "Mid Level" to justify the low payment they offer. The position is Hybrid, I live in another state and they said I can work remotely and take a flight whenever is needed but they do not cover any of the expenses for this. They offer equity, sign in bonus, annual wage increase and some things like optical insurance etc. But the salary they offer is too low and making a senior position a "mid level" to pay less doesn't feel okay. It is very clear that besides their size, they have startup minds and they operate in that way, if you think about a corporate position, this is not a corporate place to work. They were very interested but I said unless they have a management / leadership role or a "senior engineering position", I'm not interested. I can re-consider doing the interviews or working here if they open a senior / higher level position and the conditions fits to my expectations.
