I'm in the process right now. I've had the HR phone screen, a Webex interview with the hiring manager and now a day with 3 Webex interviews with other decision makers. Very focused (30 min interviews.) Team is prepared very well, they ask very thoughtful, specific questions about process and thinking more than experience. Next step is preparing a presentation based on a current marketing problem to highlight the thought process of how I'd approach the situation.
