Applied thru LinkedIn, Got emailed for a phone interview & had interview with Manager & supervisor next day. They were super chill and recruited me to be yoda’s voice for Halloween

It was done remotely, given that covid had just hit. There were multiple people in the zoom call, but only one talking. There were technical questions asked as well as interpersonal ones
