Too long! I don't recommend even trying to interview here. The process took around 2 months. I interviewed through a recruiting agency. All of them were panel interviews. The first one with hiring manager and team. The second with the HR team and the last one an in-person interview with the director and team. I felt that everything everything went so positive. But the hiring manager said even the in-person interviews they were conducting the whole week, that means even the last round they called around 5 candidates or so. (That's a lot for final round). Here is the twist! They took forever to let me know the decision that they were not going to proceed with me. No feedback, nothing! And the next day the same position was posted on LinkedIn through the same recruiting agency. I was surprised that they interviewed so many and could not find a single person to give the offer. The role was not so complicated after all. Please don't waste people's time and energy.
