Multiple phone interviews. I think it was 3 phone interviews. Then, I was asked to provide two to three references (professional/educational). After that, I had an on-site interview. I interviewed everyone in the department that I was going to work with. The interview was simple. Mostly resume based. And, few technical questions. In my opinion, that was one of the best interview processes I have been part of. The whole staff was knowledgeable and respectful. Note: The company is relocating in the future (Either Rosslyn, VA / Crystal City, VA).
