Overall it was a pleasure to interview with Instil, everyone interacted with in the office was incredibly friendly and hospitable, and the two interviewers themselves were great, introducing themselves and generally producing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, which was much appreciated as someone who tends to get nervous/anxious during interviews of similar type. Although I don't think I'll be offered the position, the whole process was a great learning experience, ensuring I'll be better prepared next time.
