I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Instacart (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2020
Interview
I had a phone screen, then went to the next round that included taking a test, then the final round was at their WeWork and I had a few different interviews with people in various departments. I was asked to bring a completed task / project with me to the interview as well. A majority of the in-person interview was quite uncomfortable as I was asked the same question over and over or wouldn't get any conversation back from the interview panel. I left without expecting much nor did I want the role, but then I never heard anything from them again.
