This was the weirdest phone interview I've ever had. The guy was a few minutes late for the call. He sounded very rushed and basically said, "Okay, here's how it's going to go...I'm going to tell you about the position, what we're looking for, and then we'll discuss your experience." That's exactly how it went...I wasn't provided any time to ask questions. At the end of the "interview" he said, "Okay, I've taken some great notes here. We're trying to fill this position before the end of the fiscal year....I'll share them with the hiring manager and if she's interested we'll call to schedule a time for you to meet with her." A week later, I sent a follow up email to check the status on my application and that's when I received confirmation that I would not be moving on in the interview process. I've never had an interview and not been given time to ask questions...not very professional.
