Very quick phone interview. Super casual. Sounded like he was reading through my application as we talked. Interested in my past customer service experience and my availability on weekends.

Asked me about my experience working at Whole Foods and how I deal with upset customers.
Fill out online application.
They will do a background check.
You must be legally able to work in the US.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Sign an independent contractor agreement.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Interview
Th interview process was fairly different but easy, nothing too not understand. As I had applied online and had submitted permission got a free background check to be completed. Additional signing of paperwork with Id and so fourth.

Interview
There was no interview process you just apply online or through the shopper app. They run a background check and as soon as that went through they sent me a card and I was able to start shopping the only thing is sometimes they have a wait list I got lucky when I applied and there was no waitlist but some people have to wait months if there’s too many shoppers in their area.
