This was hands down one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. After I applied online I was contacted and asked to submit a multi-page marketing plan, which took a fair amount of time and thought to put together. I was then granted an interview, which I found out the day before was to be at the Harvard Club -- weird, but okay. I arrive ten minutes early to a communal room full of mostly older white male Harvard alumni -- I have no idea where my interviewers are or where to wait so I wander around confusedly for a while until it's interview time. I call the person I'm supposed to interview with -- she doesn't pick up, so I wait some more. Now, about five minutes into the time I'm supposed to have an interview, I spot someone who I think is my interviewer. I walk up and introduce myself only to realize she and two other staff (wasn't told it would be a panel interview either) are still interviewing the previous candidate. It was pretty awkward and I got some looks for interrupting. The interview happened and was standard, but didn't exactly get off to the best start. They told me they'd get back to me in a couple weeks...they never did. It was a really horrible experience.
