I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Inspira Education in Feb 2026
Interview
Would not recommend interviewing. I, and 2 of my colleagues (over the past 3 years) have been invited to interview with this company. Each and every one of us faced the same process and outcome:
They invite you for an interview, barely ask you about yourself, and want to know more about the competition's pricing model, learning structure, and financial stability. Once they have that information, they don't communicate or invite you back. Happened every single time with myself and my 2 other colleagues on separate occasion. SHADIEST INTERVIEWER IN THE WORLD.

Question 1
"Is the [competitor's name]'s pricing model still similar? Where you guys sell [insert how we price our services]?"
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Inspira Education (New York, NY) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process was long, but smooth and well-organized. Initial screening call, case study related to advising students, mock sales sessions. While it was lengthy, it helped prepare me for the role and helped them to see if I was a good fit so overall I liked the process.
