Interview
Applied online and got a called from a recruiter about a week later. She went over the opportunity with me and we talked about my interest in the position. She told me that I would be sent an assessment test within a day and needed to complete it within 24 hrs. The next day i was sent the assessment test and received a call that afternoon to be scheduled for a one on one with a sales manager on the following week. The interview was very relaxed. I was the only one seemingly in the whole place with a suit on. In the interview, i was asked to describe who I was and my past experiences. The interview was a review of my resume. I was told I would hear something by the end of the week. I never heard anything for 2 weeks. I decided to send an email to the recruiter to find out what happened and she responded 2 weeks after that to thank me for following up and let me know that they had decided to pursue other candidates.
Recruiter sent me a message on LinkedIn, Phone call with them, then main recruiter phone call. Then 2 rounds with different District Managers and last round with Regional Manager & DM.
Great communication and set detailed expectations. 3 rounds of interviews. After each interview I left feeling more optimistic about the opportunity and the company as a whole. Building a good culture is important to Insperity and it shows.

Question 1
What was a difficult challenge you over came and how did you do it?
They did a very good job. First call with recruiter then I had two interviews. Overall it was a very good interview experience. It does seem like the Louisiana market will be closing so not sure how helpful this will be.
