They ask you the normal “tell me about yourself” questions. They also ask if you know about Insperity’s core values. (I did research on the website. Helps a lot) other normal interview questions are asked as well

You first interview with a recruiter that is also employed with insperity and then you interview with 3 of the 4 managers all in the same day. They all make you feel very comfortable in the process and are all very nice
