Insomniac interview questions

So I was interviewed by the founder himself. Let me tell you, his behavior during the interview was a real eye-opener (obviously the insomnia) . He was disrespectful to me during the entire interview. Needless to say, I quickly realized that working in such a toxic work place was absolutely out of the question.

After I reached the office, no one was available to help me and make sure things go smoothly. Another company at the same venue ended up poaching my interview. It wasn't a good experience.
