I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Insmed
Interview
The hiring manager was acting like he's interviewing for a top position at Google: first a coding test in R and Python (later said they only care about Python), then a panel interview, then a technical test with him watching and you explaining your rationale... After our 1-on-1 and seeing from my CV that I was quite established as a scientist, he later emailed me to ask whether I would really be happy to work under him - showing his inferiority complex. So overall, I'm very happy that I didn't get the position. Good luck to those who do!
