I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insite Managed Solutions
Interview
It was a multi-step process. I met with three different people (Co-worker for personality, Chief HR for skills, and CEO who I report to), did an assessment, and was then hired.

Interview
I applied online. I met with the Talent Acquisition Specialist(30 minute call). The Talent Acquisition Specialist mentioned that I needed to prepare a case study and during the interview process I may need to present the case study(2 hours). Also, I would need to take a General Aptitude assessment test(1 hour test). I then met with the hiring manager(30 minutes). Next I was to meet an executive(30 minutes.) The executive joins the call late, is not on video, and is at a conference. The executive begins with "I have a hard stop in 30 minutes because I have another interview". The conversation continues. There are 3 minutes left in the conversation when I was able to start asking my questions. I get one question in and the executive says that they have to drop for the other call. The zoom ends with the executive not even saying goodbye. The following week, I get a rejection email from a completely different Talent Acquisition Specialist at the company. There was no feedback provided. So, I spent roughly 4.5 hours in the hiring process only for an executive to make a decision based on 25 minute conversation. The executive team clearly does not value anyone's time. If this is how they treat people in the hiring process, imagine what it is like to work there!

Interview
The recruiter was quite unprofessional during the hiring process. She had me doing a case study and after finishing was going to schedule me for an interview. After I send her the schedule, she said the position is filled. Really strange experience. I don’t think that’s a company that cares about candidate experience. Probably not somewhere you’d like to work for either.
