Lack of courtesy/manner. One of the worst VC interviews i had.
Had 4-5 rounds of interview with the Founding Managing Partner himself. Was tasked to do different samples (“case studies”) each time (investment memo, pitches and research analysis) for their portfolio companies and potential startups. The company then ghosted and provide no response after multiple rounds of submission. Received the standard rejection email later after 2 months.. Dont bother applying unless you have a lot of free time to be string along and provide free labour..

Poor recruitment manners.
Went through many rounds of interviews (4-5 rounds) with the founding partner and was task to prepare many pitch deck/memo/research piece for them for their current portfolio companies and potential startups. After that, the company totally ghosted and provide no response. Received a rejection email almost 2 months later with no explanation… Only apply if you have alot of time to be string along and provide free labour to the company..
