I applied online. I interviewed at Insight Wealth Strategies (San Ramon, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Can't say enough good stuff about this firm, its founder, and its people. An excellent interview experience from Day 1. Melissa, their Director of HR, was outstanding! She was very nice, and was spot-on with timely follow-up, feedback, and info, every step of the way. Everyone here seems to be at the top of their game--successful and sharp, yet humble and still hungry to grow. Everyone I spoke to--and I spoke to almost everyone in the firm--was very down-to-earth and very client-focused. They all seemed to see the potential for success here, and everyone seemed to know they had some "secret sauce" going on. The best part? The firm's founder. During the interview process, I found David Chazin to be a very smart, very driven businessman, yet you would never know he has had the success he has achieved by the way he talks and the way he carries himself. Best of all, he is truly appreciative of the people who work for his firm. No hubris or tyrannical personality here, rather he has a very reasonable expectation that you work hard to create your own success, and the firm will do whatever it takes to support you along every step of the way. In a business environment full of bullies and narcissists, he was a welcomed change. David is most definitely the kind of boss you want to work for. The firm has big plans, and I have no doubt they can achieve them. I was an out-of-state interviewee, and after completing the interview process, I was made an offer. The only reason I did not accept was the timing just wasn't right in my life for move to NorCal. Would definitely consider working for them in the future, though. Life is full of second chances.
