Question 1
What would your friend tell if they were asked who are you? Can you tell me what will you do as an Account Executive daily? What have you learned in your tech sales course? Explain to me the steps in a sales cycle.
Insight recruiter reached out via Indeed. Took the opportunity to interview, rather unprofessional as the recruiter seemed willfully unprepared but asked standard questions in regards to sales experience. After first contact offered to meet with hiring manager at office location
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight (Bristol, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
first stage with HR, general questions, going over CV, company info. Second stage with a sales manager and sales director, detailed questions about CV, sales cycles, strategies. Personal questions as well.
The interview process was a phone interview first. Than a in person one. They wanted to know about my experience and strengths. They did make me leave a voice mail. I doubt they make you do that anymore though.
