I was first contacted by a recruiter and asked a few questions before scheduling an in person interview. I was already offered a position at a different company but I thought I'd go in case they had a better offer. I met with the Sr. Marketing Director and her assistant and right away she asked me to start. The two seemed new to interviews as they were extremely transparent and could not communicate their thoughts in an orderly manner. You will know if they don't like how you answer a question. After the interview I was contacted by the recruiter who graciously gave feedback on the interview. Interestingly enough, director and her assistant thought I lacked knowledge of digital marketing. I was not asked any questions regarding my grasp of the concept. I recommend that you take control of the interview and begin by listing your qualifications. You may want to stress any experience you have by covering every area and describing your involvement in that area.
