I did one interview with the recruiter and one with the direct boss. It was honestly a great interview. However I was rejected because of something THEY DID NOT LIST IN THE JOB DESCRIPTION (paid advertising experience). This should have been listed as a must-have or extremely important if I'm going to be rejected for that.
