I applied through other source. I interviewed at Insight Global (Cincinnati, OH) in Apr 2020
Interview
I remember it being 4 interviews, this was in 2020. 1 phone interview, two zoom interviews. 1 final in person. You have to be outgoing for this job so the first two zoom meetings are just proving you can keep a convo going without it getting weird or them having to carry a convo. Final interview I had to create a PowerPoint talking about myself and how I represent all the companies values by providing examples. Waste of my time, basically, if you can keep a convo going, and are attractive you get a job. I knew someone who worked there until 2019, and everyone has a superiority complex, I have heard terrible things about people in the cincy office, for example managers sleeping with each other while also dating someone else in the office at the same time (imagine how awkward that makes things when that comes out, I’ve heard there are often no repercussions.

The interview process was relatively easy and the people were nice. Sales managers seemed very serious and often standoffish. Their employees were extremely welcoming and seemed to like where they worked.

Very long and in depth. Initial call with recruiter who helps and prepares you along the way for the rest of the interviews. Most were longer, an hour+, then final was in person.
