I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Irving, TX) in Jun 2013
Interview
I received a very prompt telephone call just days after my application. This was for an informal interview, which totally caught me off-guard. They were very simple questions though, so it was really a breeze. I was set up for a face-to-face interview a few days after. Got suited up, did my research, printed my resume on nice paper - oh yeah, I was going to kill it.
The interview was more of a conversation, with the interviewer mostly bragging about how much money she made. Any time I tried to give her a glimpse of what I was like and my experience I got an "mm-hmm, mm-hmm". I got asked no behavioral or situational questions, which I'm guessing are reserved for the third round. It was clear that approaching the interview professionally - I drove two hours in a suit to interview - and being overqualified - I have a Master's degree - was my downfall.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Insight Global (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Applied on school job portal, got an email next day for a phone conversation. She mostly went over detail on the company and position and answered my questions. At the end she invited me for an onsite face to face interview with her. I only got through 2 rounds of interviews, I believe she mentioned there would be 2 more before getting the position (4 total rounds).
