My current manager and the recruiter representative sat with me in my manager's office and had a conversation about interests, skills, specialties and even shared a few jokes. He quizzed me with a pretty interesting question game and I was impressed by it and successful at it too.

called in for interview after speaking on phone. was referred from a previous co-worker so was pretty easy interview. once with vendor client, very casual and easy interview.
