A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn after a current worker referred me. The recruiter was friendly and energetic and really wanted me to succeed. She gave me helpful tips and prepared me well. The next day, I went in for a personal interview and everything went smoothly. I spoke with a few uppers and then was released. I heard back few days later that I did not get the job, but they had another opening they suggested I apply for.

Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
