I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Insight Global (Pullman, WA) in Sept 2017
Interview
I was messaged on LinkedIn by a staffer and they met me at my school. I interviewed with the woman for about 20 minutes and it went very well. She mostly asked questions like how I kept busy and why I might be a good fit for the position, but because I wasn't graduating when they wanted, we decided to stay in touch and move forward on a later date.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Cincinnati, OH) in Sept 2019
Interview
I talked with one of their recruiters from another office on the phone who said I would be a great candidate for the job based on my resume, skills, and career goals. I went in for the interview and had a great conversation and we even went over the hour time limit. I got a call two days later from the original lady who got me the in-person interview only to tell me that I did not get an offer. She said that the people who interviewed me did not think I was very interested in their company, which I do not understand why considering I drove 2 hours for it. I reached out to the ladies who interviewed me and only received silence and no explanation. Pretty disappointing. The lady in the Raleigh office was kind enough to help me as much as she could, but the two in the Cincinnati office might want to work on their communication skills and not leave interviewees in the dark.
