I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global in Feb 2017
Interview
First I interviewed on the phone and then three in person interviews. Each interview was in an increasingly more casual setting. I noticed that the interview would always be with one person who was friendly and encouraging and another with someone much "tougher" who seemed unsure of you. I'm not sure if this is a tactic they use or if it just happened to be the case in all three of my interviews but it seemed planned. They were occasionally critical to the point of making me uncomfortable.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
