InsideView interview questions

I never heard about this company but got to know this company when the recruiter called me. I found that they have good culture. The people I interacted during the process were nice and friendly. The recruiter was prompt, responsive and made me comfortable during the process Marathon of interviews, interacted with 7 interviewers in the process, got exhausted towards the end. Number of interviews should be reduced. One technical interview was scheduled for 45 mins and went for 1.5 hours. But the good thing is after each interview recruiter called and checked how did the interview go and asked for any feedback, i was happy seeing this , not every company do this. I gave this feedback of completing interviews on time and i think they will fix this. I would like to work for this company in future.

Just a couple of concerns during my interview: *the AE position consists of you being an SDR for 4 months, but you’re considered an “AE” * note to the hiring manager: the interview goes both ways, try to humble yourself *saying diversity is important to you and having an all white Caucasian team does not reflect that *the company does not have a good marketing team so they rely on you 100% to generate leads and business. That’s concerning for a company that’s been around for so long, and has such a small team. *the hiring manager has been around for almost 16 years, which means she is an expert in the product, don’t expect candidates to know as much, you as a hiring manager should provide value and knowledge...which she strongly failed at doing so *her behavior felt very passive aggressive, it was a complete turn off.
