Saw a post by the Director on Linkedin and Messaged him 1st Round - Interview with the Director (30 mins)(mostly Behavioural) 2nd round - COO (30 mins)(Resume review) 3rd round - ML Take away project (5 days) 4th Round - Technical Interview (1.5 hours)(Lead developer) 5th Round - Takeaway coding assignment(1 day)(Python simulation program)

They had me show links of my work to prove I was a great candidate for their education area. They were extremely nice & really easy to work with in the interview portion.
