Interview was nothing at all serious. The staff is not serious at all. Staff does not have knowledge of technology even a little bit. Very poor experience of interview from Insecticides India Limited.
Focused more upon designing aspects of plant & technical knowledge. Staff was very cordial & helpful in addressing queries. Panel members were focused more upon extracting maximum information from interviewee.
