I applied online. I interviewed at Inscopix (Chicago, IL)
Interview
It was a standard process with an initial screen and conversation about your experiences. The employees are smart and pleasant to interact with. Just prepare normally and you'll do great.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Inscopix in May 2022
Interview
Two 45 minute interviews with the CSO and hiring manager, followed by a data challenge. In the interviews, I was asked open-ended and loosely-defined questions about my experience. The company seems to be undergoing a lot of change and many employees had recently left. This did not leave a great impression.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe your experience working on a particular analysis.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Inscopix (Palo Alto, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Phone screen with HR generalist who determined that because I worked with the hiring manager in a previous role, was not a fit. Also, you will have a hard time finding someone with the degree / education you seek. You need someone with real world experience.
Thank you for putting on this review. I recently joined Inscopix to enhance the HR function and I'm concerned that your interview process wasn't as thorough as we would like. If it's ok with you, I'd like to chat with you to understand more about your interview process. Would you be interested in providing more feedback to me? We can take this offline. My email is hrobertt@inscopix.com.
Thank you
Heather Robertt
