Interview
Don't waste your time with this company because they WILL waste yours. Highly unprofessional process. Extremely poor communication. Text messages and emails go unanswered. Too many interviews. Cryptic answers to your basic questions. No standard corporate structure. No one answers the phone when you call. Very disorganized and unprofessional work environment. Indecisive CEO. Read the recent former employee negative reviews before you apply to this company. They paint a very clear picture of this company.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Inpac Tools in Oct 2017
Interview
This company is very cheap version of tool retail store like Home Depot/interview room was full of garbage/some of the offices are in container box-they said it is temporary, but do you want to work at container?/not a professional company working environment/don't need to dress up for an interview because it is more like retail store, but almost scary looking place.
