First you do a phone screen, then interview with a hiring manager, then on to the members of the team, can be numerous team members. Depends on the specialty that you are interviewing for.

Describe your experience. Tell us why you'd be a good fit here. Describe your strengths and weaknesses. Highlight of your career.
Not a lot of communication. Very slow. Recruiter was not reliable. Inaccurate information about position provided. Felt like they were telling me what I wanted to hear and misrepresenting the nature of the work.
Spoke to recruiter first for a phone interview where they reviewed the basics of the position. Then a few weeks later I had an interview via Zoom with the managers of department.
