The interview process entailed a discussion of the company's existing pain points, tactical and strategic goals and objectives, and questions regarding how I would leverage my skills and experience to mitigate the pain points and contribute to the achievement of the company's goals and objectives.

Got call from third party HR. Then 2 technical rounds of interview and 1 managerial. Process was very slow. It took almost 2 weeks to roll out an offer. May be they were waiting for another candidate
