We’re sorry that your interview took time to arrange - we bring together consultants from across the business in the recruitment process and sometimes it’s tricky to find a time that works for everyone. We’re concerned to hear that your interviews felt one-way. That’s not the first impression we’re looking to create - you’re absoltuely right when you say that the interviewee is assessing the company and its people. Our interview process is quite different but it shouldn’t feel one-way. We’ve taken that on board for our interviewer training.
Some time has passed since you came to interview so we aren’t clear on how someone didn’t attend the next stage of your interview. We can only apologise for that. We hope that you’ve gone on to find a role that works for you and that you might consider applying to us again in the future.
