Interview
There are 4 steps in the interview process. 1st is the CV evaluation. If successful, the 2nd step will be an interview. The 3rd step is an exercise that will be evaluated. And if everything is successful, the 4th and final step is an interview with the partners.

Interview
Got contacted via email approx. two weeks after the application deadline.
I was invited for an in-person interview at their Oslo office, with a senior consultant and branch manager. A very nice interview conversation with typical questions, plus some info about the job and benefits.
Then, it was a written case study, nothing too difficult, but time-consuming.
After, and the last stage, there was an interview with those two from before, plus the CEO and a partner. Repeated questions, with some more on top.

Interview
Very informal call with the head of sustainability section and another consultant, the position was meant more as an administrative position however given my background they were willing to shift it to a more technical position. Overall very good experience and the team seemed very enjoyable to work with.
