I had 3 interviews with different managers down the Hr manager. Questions weren't all just about work related but they wanted to know about your LIFE and hobbies as well. Questions were clear straight forward. Did not not feel pressured or uncomfortable.

I had a phone interview for this company. If you want to feel demeaned as a professional, have a chat with the recruiter at this company. It's obvious marketing as a job is foreign to them. I was completely perplexed by their method for attracting talent. Direct quote from the recruiter: "If you want a company that will reward you every year with raise, go someplace else. We feel like your reward for working here is having a job." Their culture seems to come from the top down. It was like the interviewer was regurgitating things the CEO said. Big red flags on this company.
