First I got a Call from the HR, she called me and confirmed about the profile and requirment, I asked to explain about the Job description, the HR told we will shedule the interview, if you get selected in the interview then we will decide where you fit and for which Avaya position, So I cleared HR round, then They sheduled Technical round, One person from canada Tech team and one India took my interview, after three days got confirmation that Tech round cleared, now you have to attend Versant online test, I cleared this test also, after this they sheduled OPs round, I cleared this also, again HR called and we had salary discussion and everything was excellent, it was looking like I got selected since every Interview was excellent and they gave positive feedback, suddenly one night at 11:30pm someone from Avaya Team called without any prior notice and started taking technical interview, I was shocked and not in a mood of interview, As I had already confirmed HR that I was looking for L2, now this person took my interview and said I think you are not fit for L3 currently, spent some more time with the current organization and then apply, meantime you can look for other L2 job, I said here HR had asked me for L2 nd you are saying you are looking for L3, so obviously I'm not very trained for L3. So call dropped here..and got rejected I think. So from day1 HR and team created misunderstanding, If the HR would have given me the job description then I would have told them that I'm not looking for L3
