I attended the job drive at Innovacx, which comprised five rounds. The first round was a pen-and-paper round consisting of five questions. The first four questions were based on Arrays, Matrices, Strings, and DSA concepts, while the fifth was an SQL problem, where four SQL tables and three join-related queries were given. The level of difficulty for this round ranged from intermediate to difficult, and candidates needed to solve at least 3–4 questions to qualify for the next round.
The second (TR1) and third (TR2) rounds were technical interviews. Multiple questions were asked on Java, SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, AI, ML, JavaScript, Operating Systems, code snippets, SQL queries, and projects. Instead of direct conceptual questions, the interviewers focused on practical applications of programming concepts and project work.
The fourth round (TR3) was conducted by managers, where questions were asked on APIs, ML, AI, certifications, advanced Java, advanced SQL concepts, backend integrations, HTTP requests, REST APIs, and SOAP.
Candidates who cleared this stage proceeded to the HR round, where the focus was on communication skills, clarity of answers, and the ability to handle challenging questions.
Overall, the interview process was quite difficult.
