I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Inmar in Jan 2019
Interview
A short 30min phone interview where you talk about your background, how you work in a team, and what you are looking for in an internship. The next step is a technical interview with a manager. I was kind of annoyed because I specifically told my recruiter that I wanted to do a web software engineering internship but I had an interview with a QA manager and I had no interest in testing. He was a nice guy but I didn't have an interest in his field at all. He asked about my background, the projects I have done, what I do outside of class, basic stuff about object oriented programming which were so simple that I was actually confused what he was getting at because I thought we both knew through my resume that I already know those basic things. Ultimately I didn't really have an interest in Inmar as a company so it wasn't a huge hardship that I didn't get an offer but I wish I had interviewed with a manager that had a team working on web things because my recruiter promised me that there were a lot of web opportunities for interns and she could find something for me.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Inmar (Charlotte, NC) in Jul 2020
Interview
Initially had a call with HR for 30 mins, followed by a 30 mins call with a senior developer, one of the best conversations I have ever had. Very friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Then had a video interview for about 90 mins with the team and the director.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Inmar in Apr 2020
Interview
30 min conversation with Recruiter, which was mostly information along with some basic questions, followed by 30 mins with Hiring Manager all over the phone. The manager asked about projects on the resume as expected and not much else.
It has been almost 4 weeks since I interviewed and I have not received any sort of update. This year, I interviewed with at least 10 other companies and received responses within a week of eachinterview. Inmar was the only company that did not take the time to inform me that I was not selected. The actual interviews were pleasant, but not being contacted after being told that I would receive an update left a bad taste in my mouth, especially since I followed up multiple times over the next few weeks only to be lied to each time.
