When applying to the Staff Accountant position you will submit your resume and cover letter on the IEHP careers website and then wait to be contacted by a recruiter via email. Once contacted you will schedule a phone screening with a recruiter and respond to very basic interview questions. After you pass the screening they will email you a pdf copy of the work culture and benefits. (All employees are required to participate in the CalPERS program which is 7.25% of your gross earnings)
From there you are required to take an average level excel test provided by SHL that is 55 total questions. *Be careful where you click because it will record your first response*
If you pass the excel test you will be moved forward to 2 more virtual interviews.
