I think what is most impressive is the speed which the talent acquisition team was updating about the next steps (big kudos to Sofia :)). The overall process was nice, but it had many stages: screening call -> call with the Hiring Manager -> Case Interview + some 30 minutes test to fill in -> interview with the WHO method (which was 90 minutes). I know the processes like that are getting more standard and this is a reality for many companies but I found this a lot and at the end was not so motivated for the final stages. But this of course can vary on a person :) Sometimes people who were in the interview did not really know the answers to my questions which is also fine but made me wonder what are they really looking for. Overall, everyone was very nice and communcated well.

Firstly, I greatly appreciated receiving a handbook about Inkitt post the interview which helped me prepare and get familiarised with key topics. Sofia the TA lead that I spoke with, was very warm and approachable. I appreciated her taking time to explain the structure and product to me in detail-left me feeling very excited of what's to come!
