I have a bad impression about the first round of my interview with the Talent Specialist. We communicated via email to set up a phone interview appointment, and I was waiting for her to call me on the scheduled date. However, she ghosted me without notice. I emailed her and she replied, saying she was on sick leave. While I understand if it was urgent, she replied to my email immediately after I sent it. A few days later, she emailed me again to set up an appointment, but with only one slot of time for me to choose from. I felt that this was unprofessional and was very disappointed with the interview process. On the day of the interview, her tone of voice was very cold, which made me feel uncomfortable and frustrated." She started conversation like ... Do you have any questions about this role? I was .... with out introducing her self.

2 stage, I first met a guy in a hoody that bragged about how many women he had bedded recently. he was clearly bored and didn't care as the company have a revolving door policy. He only cared about volume not quality. That describes INK perfectly.
