A formal interview process occurred. Following application was a phone interview (30-60 min), followed by an in-person interview with all the higher-ups of the team (30-60 min each). The questions asked in the interviews were not difficult, but often questioned your reasoning behind applying. What can you provide for them and what can they provide for you in terms of a career? The team members are all very friendly and understanding if you don't possess some background experience; fundamental knowledge was key to have, or at least a willingness to learn fundamental knowledge and later gain experience.
