Interview
I only had a screening interview, but the recruiter was very friendly and personable. While she felt I wasn't a fit for this particular role, she did provide other suggested roles to apply to which was nice in this job market.
Initial call with HR. Then, three separate interviews with the team members (30-45 minutes each). After, there's a financial modeling test lasting about 2.0 hours (1.5 hour model + 0.5 hour presentation)

3 levels of interviews along with a personality profiler . All levels were of average interactions. The salary negotiation was not approached well and lacked clarity . That needed several discussions to close
