It was fairly informal, but with a panel of partners. They were all very welcoming and easy to talk to. It was more conversational than a traditional interrogation style interview.

Two partners interviewed and were very kind. Asked many questions related to their specific practices areas. Also asked questions related to personal ideal work environment. The partners did not ask many firm related questions.
